My neighbor paid a guy 240 bucks to thaw his line on Wednesday, meanwhile I wrapped my own crawlspace pipe in Rocky River with a 15 dollar heat cable and had water back in 2 hours, so has anyone else had a plumber quote blow their mind like that this winter?
