My brush head snapped off mid-sweep on a job in Trenton yesterday
I was about 30 feet up on a 2-story colonial when the wire brush head just separated from the rod. Lucky I had a second rod in the truck or I'd have been stuck. Anyone had this happen with a cheaper brush? Thinking about upgrading to a poly head instead.

That's such a specific tool failure too, its like the universe is testing your patience right when you're already up a ladder. Fits right in with how everything from appliances to clothes just seems to give out faster than it used to.

Man, come on. A brush head snapping off is annoying for sure but you had a spare rod in the truck so you were back to work in what, ten minutes? It's not like the whole ladder collapsed or you dropped your tools on a homeowner's car. Sometimes we overthink these little tool failures like they're some big sign of the times. Cheap brushes break, that's why they're cheap.
