Appreciation post: my vet in Tucson said she gives cat books to owners who lose a pet, but my friend swears by plant books instead
My vet handed me a copy of a cat photo book the week after I put my old guy down, and it sat on my coffee table for 4 months before I could open it, so now I honestly can't tell if the right move is a book full of cats or a book full of something completely different just to give your brain a break.

Can you really handle cat pics right after though?
