Am I the only one tired of cat books that skip the strays?

I read a glowing review of a new glossy book about show cats and it didn't feature a single alley cat or rescue. My favorite coffee table book is a 2019 one with 80 pages of scrappy street cats in Lisbon, and it feels way more real. Anyone else prefer the imperfect cats over the fancy breeds?

That glossy show cat book sounds like it missed the whole point, my favorite is still the scrappy Lisbon strays that look like they've got stories.
