My cat started peeing in the bathroom sink 3 weeks ago and I finally figured out why
Three weeks ago I moved my cat's litter box from the hallway into the laundry room because guests kept tripping over it. About two days later she started hopping up and peeing right in the bathroom sink, which she had never done in the 6 years I've had her. I took her to the vet in Fresno thinking it was a bladder thing, and $180 later he said she was perfectly healthy and asked where the box was. Turns out the laundry room has the water heater in it and she hates the noise, so she picked the sink as the closest quiet spot. Has anyone else had a cat switch bathrooms on them after you moved the box?
