Counted 42 whiskers on my cat's left cheek alone last night.
Ngl I was bored and she was napping on my chest so I started counting and hit 42 before she woke up. Has anyone else actually checked how many whiskers their cat has on one side?

Well I guess if you're that bored, more power to you, but does it really matter if it's exactly 42 or not? Cats have whiskers, they lose some, they grow new ones, it's not that serious.

Oh man, this reminds me of the time my friend tried to count the whiskers on her cat and the cat got so annoyed it just swiped at her hand and knocked over a plant lmao. She spent the next hour cleaning dirt off the rug and never did finish counting. Honestly I think whiskers are just cat wifi antennas or something, they're always twitching and moving around. But yeah it's not like we're out here counting every hair on their head or anything.
