Can we talk about why my cat kneads my stomach but not my boyfriend's?

My cat Biscuit has kneaded my stomach every single morning for 3 months, but he won't do it to my boyfriend at all. I used to think it was just a warmth thing, but now I'm wondering if it's about smell or maybe who feeds him. He's a 2 year old orange tabby if that matters. Has anyone else noticed their cat picks one person for this and not the other?
