Can we talk about how long it took me to figure out my cat was peeing on my bed because of the neighbor's new dog?

Took 4 months, two vet visits, a $300 enzyme cleaner, and a cheap camera before I caught him spraying the second the dog barked through the wall at 6am, so has anyone else had a cat act out over a pet they can't even see?
