Rant: my bag got gate-checked in Dallas and I will never pack a roller again
Flying out of DFW on a full flight, the gate agent grabbed my roller at the last minute because the overheads were full, and after watching it get tossed down the jet bridge and land in baggage claim with a cracked wheel, I switched to a soft backpack that squishes under the seat and have not lost a bag since, so is anyone else done with hard rollers or am I the weird one?
