I keep seeing people pack 3 pairs of shoes for a 4 day trip
Was waiting for my flight yesterday and watched a guy cram 3 pairs of sneakers into a tiny carry-on. I only bring one pair of comfy walking shoes and one pair of sandals that double as shower shoes. Has anyone else noticed how many shoes people try to squeeze in?

Man, I gotta disagree hard here. Some trips have different vibes... you need a solid pair for hiking during the day, something nicer for dinner out, and then maybe beaters for the hotel gym. Last time I went to a conference I packed dress shoes, casual sneakers, and workout trainers for four days and wore every single pair.

Man, I don't know how some people do it... @felixb25 sounds like he's packing for a whole fashion show instead of a weekend trip. I guess some folks just like to look good while carrying the whole closet.
