Switched from a knee kicker to a power stretcher for long runs

Used to think knee kickers were fine for everything, even living rooms over 20 feet. Then I stretched a 30 footer in Denver last spring and had wrinkles show up a week later. Homeowner called me back and I had to redo the whole thing for free. Now I use the Crain 620 power stretcher on any room bigger than 15 feet and haven't had a callback since. Anybody else stick with an old tool forever until it cost them?
