Seam roller pressure taught me the hard way on a 40 yard install
Now I check the gauge every single time before I start rolling, even on residential. It takes 30 seconds but it saves me from ripping out a whole room. I used to think it was all in the wrist, but the tool matters just as much as the technique.

I mean, you checked it once and it worked out, but forty yards is pretty small potatoes for all that worry.
