Saw a 5-year-old glue-down job in a Denver condo go from perfect to rippled after they ran a humidifier nonstop for a single winter.

The installer didn't mention humidity control, and now the whole main room needs a full re-stretch, so what's your go-to line to warn clients about moisture without scaring them off?

So the humidifier was running 24/7? What was the relative humidity reading in that room by the end of the season?

My friend's humidifier ran all winter and the room never got above 45%... it's a dry house. Hugo might be picturing a swamp, but it's hard to even hit 50% in some places.

My cousin had the same issue with her old house, the walls just sucked up all the moisture. She read that some construction materials can really work against you. Hugo might be right to ask about the readings, but a constant low number doesn't lie. It's wild how much water you can pump into the air and still see no change.
