My knee kicker snapped in half on a 3rd floor apartment in Cincinnati and the customer just stared at me
The head just sheared clean off mid stretch, so I finished the whole bedroom with a stair tool and a lot of bad words. Anybody got a brand that actually holds up or am I just too rough on tools?

Oh man that customer just standing there in silence is the worst part. Honestly a stair tool on a whole bedroom sounds like a straight up leg day, respect for pushing through. Bro the kicker probably saw that third floor and decided it was done before you did.
