Just realized I was overcomplicating seam hiding in hallways

For a long time, I thought heavy glue was needed for seams in tight spots. A recent install showed me that using less glue helps the carpet lay flat and look smooth. What's your take on seam methods for small areas?

Overcomplicating" is the wrong word, it's just doing it right. @rowan849 people might not stare at seams, but a bad one catches your eye every single time you walk down the hall. A clean install shows you care about the whole job, not just the parts people notice.
