Appreciation post: The difference a proper seam roller made on a big commercial job

I was doing a 5000 sq ft office install in Springfield last month, and the seams on the main hallway just weren't laying flat with my old hand roller. My buddy lent me his heavy duty 100 lb roller for the second day, and the change was crazy. The seams melted together perfectly overnight, with zero visible lines in the morning light. I mean, it saved me probably two hours of reworking and steaming. Has anyone else switched to a heavier roller and seen a real difference on tight loop piles?

Totally, it's like the difference between fighting with a dull knife and having a razor sharp one. The right tool just FLOWS and you get into a groove.

Notice this happens everywhere, not just flooring. People fight with weak tools and waste time, then a proper one makes the job smooth. It's a basic rule that gets ignored way too often.
