The job site fight that changed my framing game
I was on a crew doing a roof frame in Austin back in 2018. This old timer and a younger guy got into it over whether to nail off the trusses with 16d or use hangers on every single one. The old timer kept saying 'you're wasting time and money' and the other guy was going by some new code book from 2016. Which side do you lean on when the inspector isn't looking?

Oh, I once saw a guy use a hammer for a level and the roof came out crooked!
