Shoutout to the old timer in Tulsa who caught my cabinet doors twisting before glue up
I was building a set of maple cabinet doors in my shop in Tulsa and had 5 of them clamped up when a guy who stops by for coffee pointed out the rails were cupping because I stacked the lumber flat on the bench overnight. I flipped the stack, let it sit for 2 days, and re-milled the worst 3 rails, and the doors came out dead flat, but I lost a full afternoon on it. How do you all store rough milled stock so it stays straight between milling and glue up?
