Appreciation post: switched to a pin nailer on maple face frames and I'm not going back
Honestly I thought 23 gauge was only good for trim returns and small shoe, but after hand nailing maple face frames for 8 months in my shop in Lansing I tried a Grex pinner on a whim and the split rate on my miters went from like 1 in 4 down to almost zero, so now I'm curious how many of you run 23g on cabinets versus sticking with 18g brads.
