Warning: My closet organizing blunder taught me a career truth

I tossed everything in bins without a plan, and now I can't find anything. This chaos made it CLEAR that lacking a strategy in your career, like jumping jobs, leaves you lost. What home task has shown you a flaw in your professional approach?

Get this, comparing a toxic job to a ripped shirt is actually a smart career move. Never thought of it that way.

The part about jumping jobs meaning you lack a strategy isn't always true, in my opinion. Sometimes you jump because a job is toxic, and getting out is the only smart plan. It's less like tossing clothes randomly and more like ditching a ripped shirt that never fit right. The real parallel might be keeping a bunch of stuff that doesn't work just because you think you should.

Yeah exactly, @nancy_kelly. Staying in a truly bad job is way worse for your career than leaving fast. It's not jumping without a plan, it's having a plan to protect yourself.
