Tried keeping a log of every interview question I got for 3 months

After 6 months of job hunting in Portland with no callbacks, I started writing down every question interviewers asked and noticed 5 topics came up over 80% of the time. Now I prep just those areas hard and I've gotten two offers in the last month. Has anyone else tracked patterns like this and found it helpful?

Not sure I'd call it a full system, tracking every question can get a bit obsessive. Maybe those 5 topics are just the basics every company asks about, like "tell me about yourself" or "why do you want this job?". Could be the last two offers came down to better luck or timing, not just a log. Portland's market is weird right now, lots of people getting hired and lots getting ghosted for no clear reason. Just seems like a lot of stress for something that might not change the outcome that much.
