Spent a morning at a small tech startup's open house and noticed their whiteboard culture was way different than my corporate office

They had a running list of 'wins this week' next to the coffee station, not just deadlines and metrics. Has anyone else seen a workplace habit that actually made people talk more openly about their projects?

Oh, I read about this recently! A study from MIT found that teams who shared personal wins and small victories had much better problem-solving conversations overall. It sounds like that startup stumbled onto something really smart just by keeping the focus on celebrating good work out in the open.

Ngl I had to read that twice, did MIT seriously study that whole concept? A bit wild how something so simple ended up being backed by real research.
