Oh, I read about this recently! A study from MIT found that teams who shared personal wins and small victories had much better problem-solving conversations overall. It sounds like that startup stumbled onto something really smart just by keeping the focus on celebrating good work out in the open.

Ngl I had to read that twice, did MIT seriously study that whole concept? A bit wild how something so simple ended up being backed by real research.
