Why does nobody talk about the 12 car haul from Phoenix to Denver that made me change my mind
I always figured shipping a car was easy money for the companies and a hassle for me. Then I shipped my old Civic from Phoenix to Denver, about 800 miles, and the driver called me 12 times in one day about pickup times. I mean, I get it now, brokers have to juggle a ton of cars on one truck and my little sedan was the last one loaded. What changed my mind was seeing the odometer had 3 extra miles on it, which they said was from moving it around the lot, and that made me realize these guys actually do a real job. Idk, maybe it's just me but I never thought about how you can't just park a trailer anywhere in a city. Has anyone else had a driver who actually kept you in the loop like that?
