Setting up my new 4-person tent in the rain took forever

Got a new tent for a trip to the Oregon coast. The wind picked up and it started to pour. Took me a full hour to get it up and staked down right. My hands were so cold I could barely work the poles. Anyone have a good trick for setting up in bad weather?

Totally agree with derekcarr... I always practice setting up my tent in the backyard before a trip, makes the rain way less stressful.
