Rant: Tried to use my $15 tarp from Walmart during a storm at Lake Tahoe

Paid $15 for that same tarp once. Lasted about 45 minutes in a light breeze before it turned into a flag with delusions of grandeur. Now I have a nice pile of shredded blue plastic somewhere out near Emerald Bay.
