Can we talk about how I used to store my sleeping bag stuffed in its sack for 3 years straight
I finally hung it loose in my closet after a ranger at Yellowstone told me I was basically ruining the loft, and now I actually sleep warm on cold nights - anyone else make that mistake for way too long?

People have this weird habit of ignoring basic care instructions until something forces them to pay attention.

Man, you're absolutely right about that. I used to be one of those people who skimmed the manual and figured I knew better, you know? Then I bought this thing last year, skipped the part about cleaning the filter regularly, and it died on me in like three months. That little mistake cost me way more than the ten minutes it would've taken to just read the dang instructions. Now I'm the guy who actually reads the whole booklet before I even plug something in, which feels ridiculous but here we are.
