Coffee shop in Austin hides every cable like a wizard

Stopped at this tiny spot on 6th Street last week and their counter setup was spotless, zero visible cords behind the register AND the seating. How do places pull that off without going broke? Asking because I'm tackling my home office this weekend and I'm tired of velcro straps doing half the job.

Totally feel you on this, I redid my kitchen island last year and just ran everything through one of those cheap cable raceways along the back edge, cost me like 15 bucks and it looks magic. The trick is honestly just picking one hidden path and sticking to it, not trying to hide every single cord separately.
