TIL a mouse chewed through a line in an attic crawlspace
Got a call for no signal in a house built in the 70s. Checked everything outside, all good. Took me 4 hours to finally trace it to a gnawed cable in a tight attic corner above the garage. Had to replace about 15 feet of line. Anyone else deal with rodent damage in weird spots?

Yeah, I've had to replace a chewed coax line in a drop ceiling before. The trick is to run the new line through some PVC conduit in those tight spaces, even just a short piece. It's a pain, but it keeps them from doing it again next season.
