Stuck between a Klein and a Milwaukee fish tape on a hot attic job in Phoenix

Picked the Klein cause it was $10 cheaper but the Milwaukee's trigger grip would have saved me 20 minutes wrestling that stubborn 14/2 through blown in insulation, anyone else regret a tool choice that cost them time like that?

Twenty minutes over a ten dollar savings doesn't sound like a great tradeoff to me. Unless you're running that fish tape every day, the grip difference might not matter on the next job. Seems like a small headache that got blown up by the heat and frustration working in that attic.

Bet twenty bucks that tape is still sitting on his workbench right now, cooling off and plotting revenge. Probably worth the ten bucks just to avoid that kind of drama.
