Hit 500 terminations in one week, my wrist is screaming

Our company landed a big apartment complex in Columbus and we had to get all the units wired before the first of the month. I did 500 terminations between Monday and Friday, mostly coax plates and a few fiber drops. I was so proud of the count until I tried to pick up my coffee mug on Saturday morning. My thumb and wrist were on fire. I have been doing this trade for 15 years and never pushed that hard. I know we all talk about ergonomics but I ignored every bit of it that week. Has anyone else hit a number like that and paid for it later? Do you use any specific hand stretches or tools that actually help?
