Heard a customer say "cable TV is for old people" and it stuck with me
They said it while I was hooking up their internet, and it made me wonder how long before we're all just fixing wifi dead zones instead of running coax. Do you guys pitch streaming upgrades on every service call now too?

Is your company actually pushing cord cutting or just letting customers figure it out on their own? I ask because where I work, we try to upsell a streaming bundle but also keep the basic channels for the older crowd. How much pushback do you get when you mention dropping cable completely?

Crack a joke? I can barely crack a smile when I suggest dropping cable to a boomer who still calls Netflix "the computering TV". The pushback is REAL, especially if their remote has a button that says "Menu" instead of "Home".
