Had a coax cable snap on me inside a wall in Phoenix last July

I was working a new build out in Gilbert and ran the line through this tricky chase between floors. Thought I had enough slack but when I pulled the connector through the wall plate, the whole thing just let go. 110 degree attic, sweating through my shirt, and now I gotta fish a new line through a wall that's already insulated and closed up. Took me almost 2 hours to get a new one through using a glow rod and some tape. Anyone else ever had a cable just break at the worst possible time?

Glow rods and patience. That dry 110 degree heat makes the jacket brittle every time.

Bro @evan_anderson called it, that Phoenix July heat just cooks the jackets until they snap like a crackers. Guess my cable decided it wanted out of the attic worse than I did.
