Shoutout to the guy in Tucson who taught me to measure twice on drawer boxes
I used to cut all my drawer boxes at once to save time, but a cabinetmaker named Ray in Tucson told me to cut and fit each one as I go. I tried it on a 12 drawer kitchen in Phoenix and only wasted one piece of plywood instead of the usual five. The grain match on the fronts came out way better too because I wasn't rushing to fix mistakes. Does anyone else cut one at a time or do you batch them all out first?
