Retired finisher's comment about my sanding block got me thinking at a kitchen remodel in Dayton
He said I was too clean with my paper changes, and after 3 days of watching how he wore every grit down to nothing before swapping, I realized I've been wasting maybe 40 bucks a month on sheets that still had life, so has anyone else had an old timer's money-saving habit make them question their whole setup?
