I finally saw the difference after switching to pre-finished plywood
I've been building cabinets out of raw birch ply and finishing on site for 8 years... last month I tried pre-finished maple for a kitchen job in Portland. The finish was way more even and I saved about 6 hours of sanding and spraying. Has anyone else noticed a big change in their workflow when they switched to pre-finished?
