DAE cut hinge mortises with a router template instead of a chisel? I'm never going back
Took me way too long to try this. Chiseling 20 doors for a kitchen in Buffalo was wrecking my wrists, and I was off by a hair on 3 of them. Built a jig out of scrap ply and clamped it on. Done in 4 minutes a door, dead square every time. Yeah the corners need a quick chisel tap but that's it. Anyone still hand cutting these or am I the last guy to figure it out?
