Our fiber line got cut by a backhoe on a Tuesday, and we were dead in the water by lunch
Last week a crew digging up the alley behind our shop in Tulsa sliced right through the fiber and we lost phones, card payments, and cloud access for about 9 hours. We ended up running everything off a phone hotspot and ate the $180 in overage fees. Anyone else keep a backup line from a second provider, or is that overkill for a small shop?
