Tracked my water intake for 30 days and ended up drinking way less than I thought

I added a little hydration column to my weekly spread just out of curiosity, but after a month I found out I was barely hitting 4 cups a day. Now I use a color-coded dot system to remind me to sip every hour, and it's actually working. Any of you track stuff that surprised you in your bujo?

The dot system is genius actually. I did the same thing with little water drop stickers near my timeline and now I refill my bottle every time I see a new time block open up. My trick was buying a 32oz bottle so I only have to remember to refill it twice a day instead of all day long.

Did you feel like a total failure too when you realized you've basically been running on battery saver mode? My water tracker looked like a desert, I'm pretty sure my plants were judging me.
