Shoutout to people who track habits monthly vs weekly
I've been bullet journaling for about 3 years. Last month I tried a habit tracker spread for each week instead of my usual monthly setup. By the third week I had abandoned it completely because weekly fill-in got tedious. But I keep seeing people rave about weekly tracker spreads catching things early. What's your experience - do weekly trackers actually help you stay consistent or just create more admin work?

Does anyone else start a weekly tracker with full optimism then by Wednesday you're just putting fake checks in the boxes to make yourself feel better? I tried tracking water intake weekly and ended up forgetting Saturday through Tuesday entirely, so my data looked like I was a camel. Monthly trackers give me enough room to lie to myself in a satisfying way. At least with monthly I can cram a good week and forget the bad ones.
