Honestly, my bullet journal was a lifesaver during that big storm last month. I had a whole page with emergency numbers, the location of my candles and matches, and a list of non-perishable foods I actually had on hand. Instead of panicking in the dark, I just flipped to that page and had a plan. It even had a dumb comic I drew to keep my mind off the howling wind.

Oh man, Sarah, I feel that. How many times have I been in a total scramble because I wrote something down but then didn't actually follow through? It's like the list just judges you later. My grocery list is basically a record of my best intentions that never happened. Do you also have a drawer full of half-used notebooks? I start one every January and by March it's just sad.
