Just hit 100 days straight in my bullet journal and I am shocked I actually stuck with it
I started this thing on a whim in January thinking I'd quit by February, but somehow tracking my moods and habits for 100 days has helped me notice my anxiety spikes come every third Tuesday, has anyone else seen patterns like that pop up after a few months?

My third Tuesday theory is that my anxiety spikes on day 87, 88, and 89 because I realize I've forgotten to water my plants for a week straight and they're all looking at me like disappointed roommates. I also noticed my mood dips whenever I see a Monday with a full moon involved, which is definitely a sign I need more sleep and less astrology apps. 100 days is impressive though, I barely made it to 14 before I drew a dragon in my habit tracker and called it a win.

The disappointed roommate plants hit home. I think that's really about how we personify our own neglect and then feel guilty about it, which is basically the whole human experience in a nutshell. Same thing happens with that old gym bag in the corner of my closet that I keep meaning to donate but instead just eye it suspiciously every morning. The full moon Monday thing is just a cosmic excuse for what is probably a caffeine crash and a bad email from your boss. We all need these little patterns to make sense of the chaos, even if the chaos is just forgetting to water some basil.
