Dropped $47 on a pack of 12 brush pens that bleed through everything, and my November spread is now a crime scene
I saw these pens in a journaling video and thought they would be perfect for headers. The pack was $47 at a local art shop here in Columbus, which was already more than I wanted to spend, but the person in the video made them look amazing. First stroke on my weekly log and the ink went straight through the page, through the next page, and bled onto the page after that. My to-do list and my habit tracker are now unreadable and merged into one purple smudge. I tried lighter pressure, tried waiting for the ink to dry, and it still ghosted so bad I had to rip out three pages. Now I am out $47 and my December setup is just me taping over the mess with washi. Has anyone found a pen under $3 each that actually stays on one side of the paper? I am not trusting another journaling video again.
