Shoutout to my buddy Carl for proving me wrong about bulk buying
Carl kept telling me to buy rice and beans in 25-pound bags from the restaurant supply store on 12th Street. I thought he was crazy because who needs that much rice, right? But I finally caved six months ago and it saved me about $40 a month compared to the little bags from the grocery store. Has anyone else had a friend nag them into a budget win like that?
