Saw my whole crew ditching cable, so I gave it a shot

They all saved a bunch by switching to streaming apps. Did the same and now I'm putting that cash towards a vacation fund.

Honestly I did the same thing at first. Got so excited to cancel cable I signed up for every streaming app known to man, my wallet is still crying.

Wait, does streaming actually end up cheaper? I mean, I cut cable last year and now I'm paying for four different services just to watch what I want. Maybe it's just me, but all those monthly fees add up quick. My extra cash kind of vanished because I kept adding more apps for new shows. So now I'm not really saving much at all.

Ugh, I read something about how the average person pays for like three streaming services now. They did the math and it's almost the same as a basic cable package was a few years back. We're all just getting nickel and dimed by different companies instead of one big bill.
