My friend called my grocery list 'chaos spending' and it stung

She said I was just grabbing stuff without a plan, so now I write down every meal for the week before I go. Saved $40 last trip. Anyone else get called out on their shopping habits?

Chaos spending" is such a wild thing to say to a friend. I'm with @jake287, that's just meal planning with a mean name. Saving forty bucks is huge though, that's like two extra bags of groceries right there.
