That friend who swore by buying frozen veggies instead of fresh

My buddy Mike kept telling me for months that frozen vegetables are just as good as fresh and way cheaper. I finally gave in last week and bought a big bag of frozen broccoli and spinach for like $3 total. Honestly? He was right. I made a stir fry with the frozen broccoli and it tasted fine, plus I didn't have to worry about it going bad in the fridge. Has anyone else had a similar experience switching over? I'm thinking of trying frozen bell peppers next.

Ended up microwaving frozen peas straight from the bag once, a bit sad but honestly not bad.

Oh man, frozen veggies are a game changer. I used to buy fresh kale and watch it turn into a science experiment in my fridge. Now I just grab a bag of frozen and my only regret is not doing it sooner.
