My sister told me frozen veggies are just as nutritious as fresh and I've been wasting money on fresh broccoli for years
She showed me the USDA study she found online that proved freezing locks in nutrients better than shipping fresh across the country, and now I'm wondering how many other grocery bills I could have cut in half... anyone else had a similar wake up call about frozen stuff?
