My coworker bragged about spending $14 a day on lunch and I did the math on what that costs in a year
We were eating in the break room on Tuesday and this guy Dave starts going on about how he just grabs whatever he wants at the deli near our office because cooking is too much work. I did the math in my head while he talked, and $14 a day at 5 days a week is $70, which comes out to about $3,640 a year. That is basically a used car or a decent vacation and he is just eating turkey clubs with it. I didn't say anything to him but now I keep thinking about how easy it would be to just make a sandwich the night before. Does anyone here actually meal prep on Sundays and does it really hold up by Friday?
