Found a dollar store cutting board that works better than my $30 one
Was at a Dollar Tree in Cleveland last Thursday grabbing snacks for my shift. Saw these thin plastic cutting boards for a buck. Figured why not. That thing is actually non slip on my counter and doesn't warp in the dishwasher like my expensive bamboo one did after 3 months. Anyone else find random cheap kitchen stuff that outperforms the pricey stuff?

Honestly stop putting plastic cutting boards in the dishwasher, they warp in the heat too. I learned this the hard way with my first dollar store board. The thin plastic ones can handle it better but they still get scratched up and nasty over time. I've got a few that are over a year old and still flat cause I hand wash them. The bamboo warp thing is real though, mine cracked after like 2 months of humid summer weather. Dollar tree has some solid finds for sure, just don't trust the dishwasher with any of em.
