Rant: Spent $14 on foam and still messed up a whole armor set
Last weekend I tried to make a Mandalorian chest piece out of EVA foam from the craft store in Akron. I watched like 3 tutorials but forgot to heat-seal the edges before painting, so the plastidip just soaked in and wrinkled everything. Took me 6 hours to cut and shape it, and now it looks like a melted pizza box. Has anyone else ruined a build at the paint step and had to start over from scratch?
